Booking.com had built its success on performance/demand marketing, yet it remained relatively unknown around the world. As the company's first brand marketing hire, I joined Amsterdam HQ to lead all brand efforts to drive awareness and incremental business impact. The first ATL campaign launched in the U.S. and expanded globally, which stemmed from a universal insight that the accommodation makes or breaks a trip. And when you get it right, it feels amazing. Booking.yeah!
